The 7th Theranostics World Congress (TWC), held from March 22-24, 2024, in the vibrant city of Santiago, Chile, marked a significant milestone in the field of personalized medicine. Prof. Dr. Rösch and Prof. Dr. Baum as the initiators of the conference, warmly welcomed all the participants. As the conference concluded, Prof. Mike Sathekge, Head of the Nuclear Medicine Department at the University of Pretoria and Steve Biko Academic Hospital in South Africa, received the symbolic “atomic ball” from Dr. Horacio Amara, host of the 7th TWC. Looking ahead, anticipation is already building for the 8th Theranostics World Congress, scheduled to take place in December 2025 in Cape Town, South Africa. This future gathering promises to continue the tradition of excellence, innovation, and collaboration that has become synonymous with the TWC.
